At Alwin Academy, we are committed to providing professional, structured, and high-quality educational support. To ensure a smooth and effective learning experience, we request adherence to the following guidelines:
These are professional academic classes, not hobby sessions. Respect the structured approach and commitment of our educators.
Teachers are professionals earning their livelihood through teaching. Fee consistency is essential and ethically important.
Latecomers are not allowed. A reason must be shared in the WhatsApp group if late.
Attendance is comp sory. Absences require prior notice and explanation in the group.
Classes are bilingual to accommodate students across India.
Homework must be submitted on time in PDF format in the designated WhatsApp group.
Late submissions may res t in the student being sent back from class.
Use a proper chair and table setup. Avoid sitting on the bed.
Headphones/hands-free are not allowed during sessions.
Camera must remain ON for the f l session.
Prefer bigger screens (laptop, desktop, or tablet) over mobile phones.
Parents sho d not contact teachers on personal numbers unless it's urgent.
To speak with a teacher, parents may join the session five minutes before it ends.
General queries sho d be posted in the WhatsApp group.
In case of resched ing, students must accommodate extra weekend sessions.
Leaves by students do not waive their fee responsibilities.
Extra classes during exams are not charged but may be compensated by teachers later.
Fee is paid monthly till December. January–March in one installment.
Fees are non-refundable for held classes. Final refund decisions lie with the academy.
Once booked, a slot remains for the f l year and cannot be left vacant without notice.
Fees are not waived for student absences. Teachers’ fees remain payable.
Due date: 1st of each month. Late fee: ₹100/day after 5 days of delay. Classes will be barred after the grace period.
Important: Mention your ward’s name and share the payment screenshot immediately after the transaction.
Inform the teacher in advance if a session will be missed.
Recordings will be shared as non-downloadable links upon request.
Students must stay disciplined and engaged during class.
Parents are expected to support teachers and enforce r es at home.
Maintain a separate register for each subject.
Number registers sequentially (e.g., Math-1, Math-2).
Keep all completed registers safe for final revision.
